I understand this — not just professionally.

I spent 18 months as a caregiver. I know the exhaustion, the grief, and the helplessness that come with watching someone you love change.

I've also lived alongside a family member with an undiagnosed neurological condition — the confusion, the memory loss, the difficult behaviors, and the constant stress of facing it without support.

I chose to work with older adults and their families because of this. Aging deserves providers who truly understand what's happening — not just clinically, but personally.

Who I help

You don’t have to face this alone.

Most people reach out when they feel overwhelmed — by a diagnosis, by caregiving, or by a future that suddenly feels uncertain. You may be wondering how your loved one will be cared for, where they'll live when the time comes, or how you'll keep going yourself.

HOW to get started

Reaching out is easier than you think.

Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part. Here's how simple it is:

— Step 1 —

Schedule a free consultation

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to understand what you’re facing and what kind of support you need.

— Step 2 —

Talk through what’s happening

You’ll share what life looks like right now, what feels hardest, and where guidance or counseling may be helpful.

— Step 3 —

We begin, together

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll begin working through the emotional, practical, and family challenges side by side.
