Who I Help

The Person Living With a Diagnosis

Older adults with neurological disorders

If you've recently been diagnosed, you may be coming to terms with a "new normal" — making sense of what your future holds while managing fear, grief, and uncertainty. I offer a steady, understanding place to process it, at whatever pace feels right.

  • Alzheimer's & dementia

  • Frontotemporal dementia

  • Lewy body dementia

  • Stroke-related changes

  • Parkinson's disease

The Person Providing Care

Family caregivers

Most people who reach out weren't expecting this role. You may be a spouse or family member carrying it largely on your own — feeling overwhelmed, angry, guilty, or grieving a future that now looks entirely different.

That grief has a name: anticipatory, or ambiguous, grief. It's one of the loneliest forms of loss — and you don't have to carry it by yourself.

How I Support Caregivers

I don't treat only the person with the diagnosis — I care for the whole family system, and I keep you at the center of the conversation. When you're ready, I'm here to support you.
